You recently replied to my inquiry about (Now Cancelled) order 53871328. Your reply indicated that YOU HAD REFUNDED MY MONEY. False! Now, here is a new issue, on order 53887741. I paid for 2nd Day Air, that has not arrived due to your lack of customer service. You did not include my Unit Number, so brainless UPS did not deliver it on time. BTW, my account with you indicated my unit. People, if at all possible, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I have found some local stores that are on the mark. I am shopping with Lucky Scents from now on.
*Follow up from customer: You are to be corrected. My invoice for the 2nd Order CLEARLY INDICATES Delivery on September 13 or 14. I paid for 2nd Day Air, not 3rd Day! Perhaps you should work with a current calendar. Nevertheless, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE SO MUCH AS AN EYEBROW PENCIL FROM YOUR COMPANY. I DOUBT IF YOU CARRY THEM. SO LONG, BE GONE. Kindest 😤🧐

Finally was able to reach customer service representative. She was very quick to respond "I'll send you a return label" no type of explanation. No thank you or anything. You're only as good as the people that work for you. Sadly, FragranceX is not a company that will earn my business ever again.
🚫🚫🚫THIS COMPANY SELLS KNOCKOFF PERFUME. I purchased Flowerbomb 3.4 oz. $135.00 USD a few weeks ago. I HAVE BEEN wearing Viktor & Rolf FLOWERBOMB for over 10 yrs. IT'S ALL I WEAR! I know EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PERFUME. The bottle may be Viktor & Rolf bottle, but the scent is not! The color of the perfume is off as well. The scent is close, but not exactly. AND THE BIGGEST GIVEAWAY = LONGEVITY OF THE SCENT IS NOT THERE! FLOWERBOMB is known for is beautiful sillage....especially hours after application. This CHEAP KNOCKOFF THEY SENT ME -dissipated after 20 minutes. NOT FLOWERBOMB. I tried sending an email = no response. I tried to message on Instagram = they don't accept messages. THIS IS A SHADY COMPANY. SHOP ELSEWHERE

its a really last long perfume , i spray on my neck and it lasted at least 6 hours, its well known brand and quality is very nice, prices on the website are good value. i recommend everyone to this cologne but sample it first before you buy, and give it 3 days to get use to you and the scent in the air is very nice.
